Steve & his colleague were very professional, prompt, efficient and economical in our job. The automatic door of our pharmacy in Geelong was broken. We struggled a lot to find a right person to fix it. 1 company gave us a quote with nearly 1 month waiting time. At that time, we found Concept Installations. Steve was so prompt in all the steps that the door operator was replaced in just 4 days (first contacted him on a Thursday, job completed on following Monday!!!). And most importantly, they were $4K cheaper than the other company. We strongly recommend them.

Through work, I recently engaged Concept Installations to install two automatic door openers. Their service was prompt and professional. They were able to get everything organised and work with other trades to install the openers on a tight timeline. Their advice before and after installation was helpful, meaning the changeover was seamless.
